Living Conditions
Staff accommodations can vary greatly - from a shared home
or apartment to an entire apartment complex full of staff.
You may be in a separate area of the place you work at, a
few minutes walk, or a short shuttle ride. You will
generally have your own room; however that is not always the
case. Some of our clients provide staff cafeterias and
others provide kitchens and grocery shuttles.
You will be living in a beautiful resort destination.
It could be beside a beach, ski hill, golf course, or a
mountain playground. We recruit for employers that
service places where people go on vacation. The only local
residents are usually the staff. You may spend your
days snowboarding, skiing, golfing, hiking, or just hanging
out and enjoying life.
You will have access to most of the amenities the guests
have access to. The gym, spa, restaurants, bars,
internet access, skiing, or golf will generally be available
at a discount or free. You will find discounted rates for
friends and family that come to visit, and with our chain
hotels, discounted stays at nearby properties.
