Personality
Since all of our clients are resort destinations, one of
your main priorities should be to make sure that the guests
have the best possible stay. You will be expected to
provide a high level of customer service in a friendly and
relaxed atmosphere. You will also be living at or near
the resort, so you will be expected to behave pleasantly
towards the guests even when not at work.
You’ll be living and working side-by-side with your
coworkers; a pleasant, cooperative, and respectful attitude
is expected toward your coworkers both at work and outside
of work. If any of these situations seem like they may
be a problem for you, we would recommend that you not apply
